A call center near downtown Fort Worth is adding a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to their team!
Shift: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, in Office
Pay: $18/hr
Job Duties:
The position is post-sales support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers.
- Resolving any issues
- Coordinating logistics
- Handling invoices
- Account support
Ideal Candidate:

2+ years in customer service, call center, or equipment sales support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish-required
- Great computer skills
