Express has teamed up with a Structural Steel company in north Fort Worth looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team!!
Primary responsibilities will include
- Maintain financial records, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing
- Assist in daily accounts payable functions
- Billing and accounts receivable support
- Reconcile bank statements
- Month end support
- Maintain communication with vendors
- Payroll entry in ADP
Ideal Candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a busy accounting environment
- Proven accuracy in data entry with great attention to detail
- QuickBooks (desktop) and ADP experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
