An Apartment complex in Fort Worth is hiring for a leasing agent
Pay:$17-$20/hr
Schedule: 5-6 days/week, some weekends
Job Duties:
- Preparing available units each morning for showings.
- Answering the phones.
- Assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns.
- Completing leasing paperwork, posting notices.
- Entering resident information into the system
- May be required to use personal vehicle for business use, therefore, must provide and maintain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license and auto insurance
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Leasing Agent experience a plus
- Required to be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be available to work weekends
