Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions regarding their orders and account needs.
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve issues as needed.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Strong computer skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Parts knowledge
