A leading Logistics company in North Fort Worth is hiring a Contractor!
Shift: Monday – Friday 9a-6p Hybrid
Hybrid position
Monday & Friday- work from home
Tues, Wed, Thurs- on site
Pay: $20/hr
3-month Temp position, could extend to a temp to hire role
Job Duties:
- Call center type environment
- Heavy email volume for daily communications
- Will be cross trained on multiple different systems
- Communicating with dispatch, drivers and vendors regarding daily assigned loads
- Obtain updated ETA’s for delivery of loads
- Ensure drivers are planned for pickup
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Must be confident in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable navigating technology
- Excellent in communicating
- Great organization and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred
