A manufacturing company in North Fort Worth is hiring a Customer Service Advisor!
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $22-$25/hr DOE

Customer Service Advisor
As Customer Service Advisor you will act as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers. This role ensures that customers receive exceptional service and support, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide information on Window shades, product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
- Keep product knowledge up to date to support answering customer queries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Co-ordinate with production, shipping and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system.
- Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders and other related documents.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 3 years’ experience in a related customer service role
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
