A distribution company in Fort Worth is adding a Parts Assistant to their team!
Job Duties:
- Takes parts orders by telephone
- Researches parts requested through effective and efficient use of Internet catalogs available through manufacturers
- Handles retail parts transactions with customers
- Follows procedures and processes for ordering, selling, delivering and handling parts returns
- Promotes manufacturer’s brand parts to generate the highest revenues possible
- Learns about various machinery parts to provide the most accurate and timely service possible to customers needing those parts
- Assists Parts Manager with inventory counts and annual inventory-taking
- Resolves customer complaints effectively, rarely resorting to complaint escalation to the Parts Manager
- This may not include all job duties
Temp to hire
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$18-23/hr
