A wind energy company in Saginaw is hiring for an Inventory Coordinator!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $19-$21/hr

Inventory Coordinator will support operations by managing equipment and tools. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments to vendors and technicians, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations with PPE and tool calibration coordination, including shipments to vendors and on-site technicians.
- Issue PPE and equipment to new and existing employees.
- Organize and store PPE properly according to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Coordinate tool calibration service with vendors or internal teams.
- Assist with tool access and organization in the storage areas.
- Provide support with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Support in recording expenses with Director of Operations.
- Provide support with fleet: taking the trucks for maintenance as needed, picking up/dropping off as needed from supplier, and when they need repairs.
- Communicate technicians’ needs to Director of Operations as needed and provide support in making purchases as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Valid Driver’s License required with clean driving record
- Previous basic administrative experience
- Good computer skills with MS Excel
- Team player and collaborator
- Use of effective communication skills in a team environment required
