Job Full Description
Position: Production Planner
Pay: $18-20/hr
Position Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule machinery assembly and subassembly work orders.
- Manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Analyze demand, forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
- Identify and communicate capacity or material constraints.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Materials.
- Support inventory planning and supplier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor planning metrics and recommend corrective actions.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Some College or BS/BA Preferred
- Two or more years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, supply chain, or operations role required
- Experience using an ERP system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
