Position: Inside Sales Representative
Manufacturing company in north Fort Worth is adding to their Inside Sales team!
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5:30pm
leaving at 5:00pm on Fridays.
Pay: $20/hr
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Handle counter sales and customer inquiries through phone, email, and text.
- Enter and process customer orders, quotes, and sales information accurately.
- Assist Territory Managers with customer support, quotes, orders, and sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommend related products and solutions.
- Learn to size pumps, drives, motors, and other equipment; training will be provided.
- Pick and stage customer orders when warehouse staff are unavailable.
Position Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales, pump, plumbing, water systems, or industrial supply experience preferred.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient with computers, email, internet, and business software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
