Job Full Description
Position:
An Industrial Suply company in Fort Worth is hiring a Counter Sales Specialist!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with a 1/2 day every other Saturday
Pay: 21/hour
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection and orders
- Build, crimp, cut, and test hydraulic and industrial hoses
- Identify hose, fittings, threads, and pressure ratings
- Enter orders, quotes, and transfers into the ERP system
- Check inventory and manage lead times
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and maintaining a clean work area
Position Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fittings, threads, hoses, and pressure ratings
- Ability to use basic measuring tools
- Basic computer/ERP skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
