Billing Clerk
A Bail Bonds company is hiring a Billing Clerk.
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
May occasionally work different shifts due to call outs (3pm-11pm, etc.)
Job Duties:
- Answer questions related to bonds
- Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and in person
- Post bonds
- Call past due accounts to collect payment
- Upload paperwork
- Digital and physical filing
Ideal Candidiate:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong Data Entry
