Sr Financial Analyst – FP&A
Manufacturing facility in north Fort Worth is adding a Sr Financial Analyst – FP&A to their team!! This position requires a highly analytical professional with experience in manufacturing who can analyze financial and operational data, identify trends and variances, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience in manufacturing
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate variances, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, and analysis of large datasets
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience developing and presenting financial information to senior and executive leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
