Payment Operations Manager
Electronics company in north Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented Manager working with Payment and Fraud Data Analysts, Product Owners, Engineers, and Customer Experience Teams to help manage Global Partners and Acquiring Banks to deliver compliant, best in class payments solutions across 33 markets.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years in Payments Operations (e.g., PSPs, schemes, or retail payments functions)
- Experience in payments optimization and performance improvements
- Proven fraud management experience, especially in the Americas
- Hands-on experience managing payment issues & incident management
- Hands-on experience working with Acquiring Banks
- Strong understanding of the card payments lifecycle (authorization, authentication, settlement, chargebacks, fraud)
- Experience working with global, cross-regional teams
Highly preferred experience:
- Experience working with PSPs, acquirers, or back-end processing tools (e.g. Cybersource, Worldpay, SAP)
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel payments environments
- Experience working with Adobe Commerce is advantageous
- Understanding of PCI DSS and regulatory requirements
