Front Office Coordinator
Pay: 20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our fast-paced insurance office. This key team member will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing scheduling, and supporting daily operations with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

Handle inbound calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and office staff

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience

Accurately maintain and update client files and office records with detail-oriented documentation

Utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) to support administrative tasks

Support overall office operations in a fast-paced setting with a proactive and flexible approach
Qualifications:

Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
