Warehouse Lead
$20.00/hour | Houston, TX 77041 | Full-Time + Overtime
Schedule
4:00 AM start until operations complete
Job Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse team in daily seafood processing operations
- Cut, process, and prepare fish products
- Pack, sort, and label products for distribution
- Train and supervise team members
- Maintain quality control and food safety standards
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
- Butcher experience - must have experience cutting meat or fish
- Ability to work early morning hours starting at 4:00 AM
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Safety & Uniform
- Non-slip steel toe shoes required (you provide)
Physical Environment
- Cold/refrigerated work environment
- Fast-paced production setting
