Apartment Maintenance Technician / Ticket Runner
Pay Rate: $18.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair plumbing leaks (faucets, toilets, pipes)
- Troubleshoot and fix appliance issues (dishwashers, disposals, HVAC)
- Replace light switches, outlets, and fixtures
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tickets
- Good communication skills with residents and management
- Valid driver's license preferred
