Front Desk / Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator
Position Overview
This role supports daily front-office operations by answering phones, dispatching labels, taking customer orders, and providing high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Dispatch labels and ensure accurate routing of information to the correct departments.
- Take customer orders by phone or in person and enter them accurately into the system.
- Provide customer service support, including answering questions, resolving basic issues, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatching.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls or walk-ins.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, order systems).
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and labels.
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
Preferred Experience
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience.
- Experience in dispatching or order processing is a plus
