Data Entry / Customer Service Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX 77055
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven Data Entry / Customer Service Specialist to support our client's daily operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, accuracy in data entry, and professional communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter accurate information into internal systems with high attention to detail
- Handle customer calls via Zoom in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform light QuickBooks tasks, including basic entries
- Prepare and make deposits as needed
- Maintain organized records and follow established processes
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Strong data entry accuracy and speed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic QuickBooks experience preferred
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
