Responsibilities include:
- Assists senior estimator by preparing estimates
- Analyzing costs and supporting the pre construction phase of projects
- Read blueprints
- Create detailed cost breakdowns including labor, materials, and equipment
- Research subcontractor selection, and assist with post bid analysis
- Earthworks Take Off program and Quick Books Online knowledge
