Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position involves working closely with production teams to monitor processes, conduct inspections, and maintain quality assurance protocols. The Quality Control Associate will be responsible for upholding our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality phone call screenings.
- Analyze data and results from quality control tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding quality systems.
- Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
Skills
- Must speak spanish plus be proficient in reading and writing.
- Experience in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
