About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Express Employment Professionals, you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth. Your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting—both in-person and by phone.

You’ll be the face of Express in the Lubbock business community, building relationships with decision-makers and helping them discover how we can support their hiring needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business daily (calls, in-person visits, referrals)
  • Research and identify local business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a sales territory
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Close deals and hit performance targets

 

Skills:

  • Prospecting (cold calling and in-person)
  • Sales closing and negotiation
  • Territory and time management
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Outlook)
  • Clear verbal & written communication

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven outside sales experience may substitute for degree
