About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. Your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting—both in-person and by phone.
You’ll be the face of the company in the Lubbock business community, building relationships with decision-makers and helping them discover how we can support their hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business daily (calls, in-person visits, referrals)
- Research and identify local business opportunities
- Manage and grow a sales territory
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Close deals and hit performance targets

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven outside sales experience may substitute for degree
