We’re Hiring! | Outside Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 DOE + Commissions
Location: Express Employment Professionals – Lubbock, TX
About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Express Employment Professionals, you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth. Your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting—both in-person and by phone.
You’ll be the face of Express in the Lubbock business community, building relationships with decision-makers and helping them discover how we can support their hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business daily (calls, in-person visits, referrals)
- Research and identify local business opportunities
- Manage and grow a sales territory
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Close deals and hit performance targets
Skills:
- Prospecting (cold calling and in-person)
- Sales closing and negotiation
- Territory and time management
- Computer proficiency (Word, Outlook)
- Clear verbal & written communication

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven outside sales experience may substitute for degree
