Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops by hand or with farm equipment
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and tools
- Load, unload, and transport harvested crops or farm materials
- Weed, prune, clean, and maintain fields and farm structures
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as needed
- Assist in general farm upkeep and other labor-related tasks
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required – training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
