Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet established standards and specifications

Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished goods

Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products

Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (if certified)

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all workplace cleaning and maintenance procedures

Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions

Troubleshoot and resolve basic production issues as they arise
Qualifications

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Willingness to follow directions and safety procedures
