Job Full Description
Position: Construction Project Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Construction background required
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Proficient with computers and reading blueprints
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift experience preferred
- Estimator experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle project-related sales and customer communication
- Schedule and coordinate with other companies and coworkers
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
