Express Employment Professionals in Lubbock is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to sell traditional and digital billboard advertising throughout the Lubbock area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, networking with local businesses, and earning uncapped commission on top of a solid base pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and develop new business relationships in the Lubbock market
- Sell billboard and digital billboard advertising solutions
- Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations
- Create customized advertising proposals for clients
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of advertising or media sales is a plus
