Office Clerk – Customer Service & Administrative Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Clerk to join our team in Lubbock. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers over the phone, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive office environment.
This is not a temporary position—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and be a consistent part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Speak directly with customers to gather and record accurate information
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Assist with general office duties and administrative support
- Support accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Assist with basic HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service phone experience (non-switchboard)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Familiarity with AP, AR, or HR processes preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer and data entry tasks
- Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term employment
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, full-time hours
- Occasional Saturday (approximately once every 4–5 weeks)
