Express Employment Professionals Pay Rate: Up to $16.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and doesn't mind getting your hands dirty? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, hardworking Field & Agricultural Laborer to join our client's farming and seed production team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of the farm, assisting with everything from seed preparation to harvest. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a track record of reliability, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

Field Operations: Assist with planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, weeding, detasseling, and rogueing crops.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, or threshers as needed.

Logistics & Prep: Prepare fields and seed for planting; take crop samples; drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to and from work sites.

Farm Maintenance: Help maintain and improve farm property, structures, and assets.

Safety First: Adhere to all client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety policies; actively participate in company-sponsored safety meetings.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Please Note: The majority of this work occurs outdoors. Conditions cannot be controlled, and you will be exposed to uneven walking surfaces, mud, insects, sun, and temperature extremes (heat and cold).

Ability to lift weights over 25 lbs regularly.

Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks at waist level and below (frequent bending over).
Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in agriculture, farming, or heavy outdoor labor preferred.

Communication: Must be able to read, write, and fully understand verbal and written safety and task instructions delivered in English.

Teamwork: Proven ability to function well as a team member and take daily direction from supervisors/managers.

Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours or rotating shifts during peak agricultural seasons.
