? Assist customers with pump, motor, and equipment selections
? Generate accurate quotes and pricing proposals
? Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships
? Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
? Work closely with vendors and suppliers to provide solutions
? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
? Deliver exceptional customer service every day
? What We're Looking For
? Experience in Inside Sales, Industrial Distribution, or Pump Sales
? Knowledge of industrial pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to confidently quote pricing and close deals
? Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
? Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
