Print Shop Production Operator

Are you an experienced print shop professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator with experience in commercial printing, finishing, or bindery operations.
Job Duties
- Operate and set up commercial print production equipment
- Run and monitor binders, folders, booklet makers, and other finishing equipment
- Set up jobs according to production specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Stock paper and maintain adequate production materials
- Assist with inventory and warehouse operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous print shop, bindery, or commercial printing experience preferred
- Experience operating finishing equipment is a strong plus
- Knowledge of print production processes and terminology
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Equipment Experience
Experience with binders, folders, booklet makers, UV equipment, and other print finishing machinery is highly preferred.
