Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of warehouse machinery and equipment
- Learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting from experienced team members
- Load materials and monitor machine production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties related to production operations
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
