Responsibilities

- Install poles, posts, and related hardware
- Assist with attaching and securing railings
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and project instructions
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, construction, general labor, or handyman experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools required
- Ability to follow directions and work independently

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
