Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers for a facility in Plainview, TX. This position will support maintenance and upkeep projects within a plant environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor, using hand and power tools, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform construction cleanup and general labor duties
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment and work areas
- Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all plant safety policies and procedures
- Support production and maintenance teams with assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Previous construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or plant experience preferred
- Experience using basic hand tools and power tools required
- Knowledge of industrial or plant environments is a plus
- Experience working with chemicals and monitoring gauges preferred
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in an industrial or plant setting
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
