$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs
- Create repair orders and service estimates
- Communicate customer concerns to technicians
- Keep customers informed on repair status and recommendations
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Explain completed repairs and maintenance services
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in automotive customer service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
