Job Opportunity: Recruiter (Staffing Consultant) at Express Employment Professionals in Midland, TX

Express Employment Professionals in Midland, TX is currently in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruiter (Staffing Consultant). In this role, you will serve as the face of Express to our client companies in Midland, TX and the wider Permian Basin region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily candidate interviews, fill job orders promptly, and ensure client and associate satisfaction through consistent follow-ups.
• Network and engage with candidates seeking opportunities in the Permian Basin.
• Utilize various recruiting tools including social media platforms and job boards to source talent.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process for successful placements.
• Implement consultative selling strategies to match candidates with appropriate opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of activity to meet urgent job order requirements and cultivate a strong pool of associates.

Work Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call rotation may apply).
• Compensation: Competitive with commission opportunities.
• Location: Midland, TX.
