Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (with some overtime as needed)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced operator proficient in slickline, swabbing crew operations, and plunger lift systems. The ideal candidate must possess downhole knowledge and hold a valid Class B CDL.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment related to slickline and swabbing operations
- Apply expertise in plunger lift systems and downhole techniques
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Perform other related tasks as assigned, including overtime when required
Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid CDL Class B (Required)
- Must have First Aid, CPR, and H2S certifications
- Must pass all pre-employment screening processes
- Demonstrable experience with slickline and swabbing crews
- Strong knowledge of plunger lift and downhole operations
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
- Some overtime may be required
