🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives on customer system assurance plans
- Assist with new customer and application start-ups
- Deliver technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed
- Perform required chemistry tests, log/report data, and maintain product inventories
- Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment
- Travel within assigned territory up to 10%
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Must pass employer and customer drug screening
- No immigration sponsorship available
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or Trade School Certification
- 2+ years of technical service or field support experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry
- Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & business systems
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and multitasking ability
💪 Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 55 lbs. chest high
- Role is safety-sensitive and subject to testing requirements
