Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a prominent company in Midland, TX! #1362MTX
This is a temp to hire opportunity and pay is commensurate to the candidates experience.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years HR Generalist experience and have an advanced working experienced with the following skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact with all levels of the org
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking skills, and conflict resolution techniques
- General HR knowledge
- Experience with leave management -understanding of FMLA and ADA
- Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office/suite - if candidate has experience in Workday that’s a plus
- A positive, collaborative spirit
- Will provide company policy and procedure guidance to organizational leaders and personnel
- Provide guidance on compensation
- Will work closely with organizational leadership, providing daily performance management guidance, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Will assist with talent strategy, succession planning, performance evaluations, and employee development planning.
