What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Complete work orders efficiently and maintain detailed records
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and building upkeep tasks
- Follow all safety policies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in equipment/facility maintenance or related field
- Basic electrical, mechanical, or HVAC troubleshooting a plus
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow directions
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and safety-first attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm availability
- Drug screening required
- Pool Certification – Not required but preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Work in all conditions, both indoors and outdoors in Big Spring’s weather
Pay & Benefits
- $20/hour—paid weekly
- Full-time, stable schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
