Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. You’ll represent a trusted brand with a reputation for quality and reliability in the Oil & Gas sector.
Your mission: grow business, develop markets, and deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Develop and maintain a strong client prospect list to generate new business opportunities 
- 
Promote and educate clients and prospects on the company’s products and services 
- 
Identify, pursue, and secure new accounts and referrals 
- 
Provide top-tier service and communication to existing clients 
- 
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships 
- 
Collaborate with internal teams on trade shows, proposals, and presentations 
- 
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm 
Qualifications & Requirements
- 
High school diploma or GED required (higher education preferred) 
- 
5+ years of face-to-face sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry 
- 
Chemical sales experience highly valued 
- 
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals 
- 
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills 
- 
Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset 
- 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM/Sales databases 
- 
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
