About the Role
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting leadership and employees across all levels of the organization. This position provides professional expertise and support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, and talent strategy.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys partnering closely with leadership to drive company success.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters. 
- 
Provide clear and consistent guidance on company policies and procedures. 
- 
Support compensation reviews and pay structure decisions. 
- 
Partner with leadership on performance management, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and investigations. 
- 
Lead initiatives in succession planning, talent development, and performance evaluations. 
- 
Administer employee leave programs; ensure compliance with FMLA and ADA requirements. 
- 
Utilize strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to promote positive employee relations. 
- 
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 
Qualifications
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 
- 
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels. 
- 
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance. 
- 
Experience in leave management (FMLA, ADA) required. 
- 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience is a plus. 
- 
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities. 
- 
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
- 
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
