About the Role
As the Bilingual Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that bridge cultures and drive business growth. You’ll create powerful campaigns in both English and Spanish, engage diverse audiences, and elevate brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that connect with English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
- Create and manage bilingual marketing content, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, and website materials.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising).
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Build strong relationships with media partners, community organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and conferences, promoting products and services with enthusiasm.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience (oil & gas or industrial background preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish – both written and verbal
- Proven experience creating and managing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with graphic design software and content management systems (a plus)
