Position: Frontend Loader Operator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Loader Operator with experience moving large pipe (up to 40 ft long) without the use of clamps. This role is critical to our yard and logistics operations, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate frontend loaders to move and position 40 ft pipe around the yard or job site
- Safely maneuver long material with no clamp attachments, forks and straps experience a plus
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Inspect equipment daily and report any issues
- Follow all site safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate clearly with ground personnel and supervisors
- Perform routine yard maintenance and assist with general labor as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating frontend loaders in an industrial, construction, or pipe yard environment
- Confident working with long pipe (40 ft) without clamps
- Knowledge of load limits, safe lifting, and pipe stacking techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Safety-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery and perform manual tasks
- [Preferred] Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- [Optional] CDL a plus, but not required
