Now Hiring: Experienced AR/Oilfield Billing Specialist
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oilfield Billing Specialist to join a reputable oilfield services company in the Midland area.
This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in every aspect of operations.
Position Details
- Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Midland, TX
- Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify accuracy of all invoices
- Process and enter daily invoices into billing software
- Manage and process field tickets
- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate collections as needed
- Maintain and update customer billing information in QuickBooks
- Research, resolve, and follow up on invoice discrepancies or customer inquiries
- Prepare and issue credits and re-bills to correct billing errors
- Utilize Open Invoice, Ariba, Oildex, and QuickBooks systems extensively
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of oilfield billing experience required
- Proficiency in Open Invoice, Ariba, Oildex, and QuickBooks (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
