Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Must be open to on-call

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for an oilfield services company in Midland, TX. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receiving, shipping, inventory control, and safe material handling.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Unload, stage, package, and ship products
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Operate forklift and material handling equipment (as needed)
- Complete shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs, packing lists)
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Forklift experience a plus
