Shop Supervisor (CDL-A – No Endorsements Required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $27/hour
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shop Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, supervise field crews, and safely transport materials and equipment. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on work ethic, and the ability to manage both people and equipment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on schedule

Operate a 1-ton truck pulling a 40-ft gooseneck trailer

Haul materials and heavy equipment, including skid steers and backhoes

Coordinate daily work activities and assist with job planning

Perform general grounds and maintenance work, including weedeating, mowing, chemical spraying, and power washing

Utilize computer systems for basic documentation and tracking (Excel required)

Maintain equipment, tools, and shop areas in safe working condition

Enforce safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A license (no endorsements required)

Experience hauling equipment with gooseneck trailers

Ability to manage and direct a crew

Basic to intermediate Excel and computer skills

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
