Job Description:
The Slickline Operator will be responsible for operating machines and performing operational housekeeping duties while closely adhering to standard work instructions and organizational procedures in a clean room environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Operating swabbing units to remove fluids from oil and gas wells to enhance production

Monitoring well conditions and ensuring equipment is functioning properly

Performing operational housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

Understanding and applying knowledge of well pressure, fluid dynamics, and slickline operations

Accurately completing required documentation and reports
Requirements:

Valid CDL (required)

Experience operating swab rigs or slickline equipment preferred

Knowledge of well pressure, fluid dynamics, and safety procedures

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
