Pay: $70,000–$90,000
Job Type: Full-Time / Immediate Hire
Travel: Required
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with the opportunity to grow. This role supports all core HR functions and partners closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities

New hire onboarding, benefits administration, and open enrollment

Payroll administration (bi-weekly and semi-monthly)

Recruitment, hiring, and employee relations
-
Maintain personnel files and HR compliance (I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)

Update HR policies, employee handbook, and training programs
-
Manage employee claims (Workers’ Comp, Unemployment, EEOC, OSHA)
-
Support leadership with reporting and administrative needs
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in Human Resources

High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred

Payroll and QuickBooks experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
-
Ability to travel and work independently
