Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding and employee packets

Process payroll
-
Draft and update company policies and procedures

Handle employee relations and workplace situations professionally

Maintain consistent email communication

Work independently and make sound decisions
Required Skills & Experience:
-
2–3 years of experience in an HR role
-
Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)
-
Experience with DocuSign
-
QuickBooks knowledge
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI

Reliable and detail-oriented
-
High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
